No payments to Ketchio Tools

Ketchio Tools is currently free. It does not sell subscriptions, paid downloads or services, and it does not collect payment details. There is therefore no Ketchio Tools purchase to cancel or refund.

Model-provider charges

Translate an EPUB uses an API key that you provide. If your selected model provider charges for API use, the charge is made by that provider under its own terms. Ketchio Tools does not receive the payment and cannot reverse or refund it. Contact the provider shown in your own account or billing statement about those charges. The translator displays an estimate when pricing data is available, but actual billing is determined by the provider.

If paid features are introduced

A purchase-specific refund policy, price, seller identity and any rights required by applicable consumer law will be shown before payment is taken. Questions can be sent to[email protected].
